All projects and service engagements require a signed agreement or proposal. Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Final deliverables will be released upon full payment.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or service suspensions.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • All original content, code, visuals, and other materials created by Comify remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding third-party materials, fonts, and licensed assets which remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to reuse, resell, or redistribute our materials without explicit written permission.

5. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate or suggest third-party tools (e.g., hosting platforms, analytics, payment gateways). Your use of these tools is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we aim for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, traffic increases, or ROI.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:
